Dried Bananas

Have you ever had a dried banana? Probably not unless you dried them yourself. Banana chips that you can buy at the store are actually fried and not truly dried.
Making your own dried bananas is so easy, and bananas are relatively inexpensive so they're also pretty cheap to make. I like to mix them with other dried fruits, nuts, and other things to make a trail mix.

All you need is some bananas, coconut oil, a baking sheet, and an oven.

1. Set your oven to about 150 degrees. You want to dry them, not cook them so make sure it's low.
2. Slice your bananas
2. Coat a baking sheet with coconut oil
3. Spread your banana slices on your baking sheet and put it in the oven over night.
4. You should have dried bananas when you wake up in the morning. If they're not done, you may want to flip them and put them back in for a couple more hours.

Enjoy
